You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

3. Equipment and Installation

Our services may require the installation of hardware devices on your vehicles. You agree to:

• Allow our authorized technicians to install the equipment properly
• Not tamper with, modify, or remove the installed equipment without our prior written consent
• Report any malfunction or damage to the equipment promptly
• Return all equipment upon termination of services, unless purchased outright

4. Subscription and Payments

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

Payment terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze the data collected for the following purposes:

• You must return all hardware provided as part of our services, unless purchased outright
• We will provide you with a copy of your data upon request, subject to our data retention policies

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
